Sunlit hiking path with stone steps winding upward through a green hillside, framed by trees and overlooking a peaceful mountain landscape.

Every path back to yourself begins with a single step.

Walk with Brooke

Walk with Brooke creates grounded, intentional experiences designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom already within them.

Through forest bathing, nature connection, ceremony, mindfulness, somatic practices, guided reflection, community gatherings, and retreat experiences, I create spaces where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and come back into relationship with themselves.

I am a facilitator, guide, and retreat leader whose work centers around self-connection, emotional wellness, nervous-system support, personal growth, spirituality, nature, and community.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You may simply feel that something is shifting.

Maybe you have been carrying too much for too long.

Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself.

Maybe you are moving through a transition, releasing an old chapter, rebuilding trust in yourself, or simply craving a deeper sense of connection and meaning.

Walk with Brooke offers you a place to slow down, listen inward, reconnect with nature, and explore what is ready to be released, remembered, reclaimed, or begun.

Ways to Walk with Me

Forest Bathing & Nature Connection

Sometimes we don't need to do more.

We need to slow down enough to notice what is already here.

Forest bathing is a gentle, guided practice of slowing down and intentionally connecting with the natural world through your senses.

Unlike hiking, the goal isn't distance, exercise, or reaching a destination.

We move slowly.

We notice.

We listen.

We breathe.

We allow nature to become a place of grounding, reflection, curiosity, and connection.

During a guided forest bathing experience, you may be invited into simple sensory practices, mindful wandering, periods of quiet reflection, nature-based invitations, gentle grounding, journaling, or shared reflection.

No previous meditation, hiking, or spiritual experience is necessary.

You are simply invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Retreat Experiences with The Expansion Collective

Sometimes reconnecting with yourself requires more than an hour.

It requires space.

Time.

Nature.

Community.

And permission to step away from the roles and responsibilities you carry every day.

I am also a retreat leader with The Expansion Collective, where we create immersive retreat experiences designed to give women the space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, build meaningful relationships, and explore who they are becoming.

The Expansion Collective brings together emotional wellness, nervous-system education, mindfulness, somatic practices, nature, reflection, spirituality, ceremony, rest, movement, nourishing experiences, and authentic community.

Our retreats may include:

  • Guided reflection and journaling

  • Nature immersion and forest bathing

  • Somatic and grounding practices

  • Emotional wellness education

  • Meditation and mindfulness

  • Ceremony and intentional ritual

  • Movement and embodiment

  • Women's circles

  • Rest and personal reflection

  • Shared meals

  • Meaningful conversation and connection

  • Experiences designed around the unique location of each retreat

You do not need to arrive with answers.

You do not need experience with meditation, spirituality, somatics, or personal-development work.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Private Ceremony & Ritual Support

Private experiences begin with a conversation.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of experience you need before reaching out.

Together, we explore what you are moving through, what feels heavy or unresolved, what you are ready to release, and what you would like to invite into the next chapter of your life.

From there, I create a personalized ceremonial experience centered around your intentions and where you are in your life.

Your experience may include candle work, herbs, ceremony oils, smoke cleansing, guided visualization, journaling, prayer, altar work, symbolic release, energy clearing, meditation, nature connection, and intuitive reflection.

These experiences can honor:

  • New beginnings

  • Endings and transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Reclamation

  • Personal growth

  • Birthdays and milestones

  • Relationship changes

  • Self-love and self-trust

  • Letting go

  • Stepping into a new season of life

Moon, Seasonal & Community Gatherings

There is something powerful about gathering with intention.

Walk with Brooke community experiences create spaces where women can slow down, connect, reflect, and honor the natural cycles occurring around us and within us.

Gatherings may be inspired by the new moon, full moon, solstices, equinoxes, seasonal transitions, or meaningful moments throughout the year.

Each experience is different and may include:

  • Guided meditation

  • Journaling and reflection

  • Candle ritual

  • Nature-based practices

  • Somatic grounding

  • Intention setting

  • Symbolic release

  • Herbs and ceremony oils

  • Music or movement

  • Energy clearing

  • Conversation and community

You do not need to follow any particular spiritual path or belief system.

Come curious.

Come exactly as you are.

You may find yourself here because you are ready to:

  • Slow down and reconnect with yourself

  • Spend intentional time in nature

  • Understand what you are feeling instead of constantly pushing through it

  • Release emotional heaviness, old stories, or patterns that no longer feel aligned

  • Rebuild your relationship with your intuition and self-trust

  • Feel more grounded and present in your body

  • Honor an ending, beginning, transition, heartbreak, loss, rebirth, or new chapter

  • Explore spirituality and intentional practices in an approachable way

  • Experience meaningful connection with other women

  • Create more space for the person you are becoming

You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.

Sometimes the journey begins with simply noticing:

Something is ready to be released.

Something is ready to be remembered.

Something is ready to begin.

Come Back to Yourself

Walk with Brooke isn't about becoming someone new.

It is about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

To notice what your body has been telling you.

To remember what matters.

To reconnect with the rhythms of nature.

To trust your own inner knowing.

And to take the next step — whatever that step looks like for you.
