About Brooke

A woman with long hair, glasses, and a black jacket sitting on a large rock near a small stream in a grassy area with trees in the background.

I believe coming back to yourself can change everything.

Hi, I’m Brooke.

I’m a facilitator, forest bathing guide, retreat leader, and the woman behind Walk with Brooke.

My work is centered around helping women slow down, reconnect with themselves, understand what they’re feeling, and create more space for the person they are becoming.

I didn’t arrive at this work because I had everything figured out.

I arrived here through my own process of learning how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone and everything around you.

For a long time, I knew what it felt like to move through life disconnected from myself—to push through emotions, abandon my own needs, ignore my intuition, and keep going even when something inside me was asking me to stop.

My own healing and self-discovery led me deeper into emotional awareness, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, somatic practices, nature connection, spirituality, reflection, and intentional ceremony.

Along the way, I began to understand something that now sits at the heart of everything I do:

We don’t always need someone to give us the answers. Sometimes we need enough safety, space, and stillness to hear ourselves again.

That is the space I hope to create.

My Approach

I believe healing and personal growth are deeply personal.

There is no single practice, belief system, or path that works for everyone.

My approach brings together different tools and experiences in a way that feels grounded, approachable, and human.

Depending on the experience, my work may include:

  • Forest bathing and nature connection

  • Mindfulness and grounding

  • Emotional awareness

  • Nervous-system education

  • Somatic practices

  • Journaling and self-reflection

  • Guided meditation

  • Ceremony and intentional ritual

  • Spiritual exploration

  • Community and authentic conversation

  • Retreat experiences

  • Rest, play, movement, and connection

You never have to believe a certain thing or participate in something that doesn’t feel right for you.

My role is not to tell you who you should become.

It is to create space for you to reconnect with who you already are.

If you feel called to explore this work, I invite you to schedule a session.

Nature has a way of bringing us back into the present moment without asking us to try so hard.

There is no performance required.

No expectation to have the right answer.

No pressure to be productive.

Forest bathing became a natural extension of my work because it creates an opportunity to slow down, engage the senses, reconnect with the body, and experience ourselves outside of the constant noise of everyday life.

Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen when we stop trying to force them.

Sometimes they happen while standing beneath a tree, listening to the wind, or noticing something we have walked past a hundred times before.

Why Nature Became Part of My Work

A winding road alongside a grassy field under a partly cloudy sky with the sun shining through the clouds.
Steel arch and walkway bridge over rocky terrain with trees and mountains in the background under a blue sky.
A river flowing through a rocky canyon with trees on both sides and mountains in the background, under a partly cloudy sky with the sun shining.

An Invitation

If you’re longing for more presence, clarity, or connection — without pressure to change or perform — you’re welcome here.

We’ll take it one step at a time.
